Terms of Service

1. Service

Cabineo provides a Shopify app and theme app extension for AI try-on and related product page experiences for fashion merchants on Shopify.

2. Shopify Requirements

To use Cabineo, the merchant must have:

  • An active Shopify store
  • An Online Store sales channel with product pages
  • The Cabineo theme app extension enabled on the relevant theme

3. Packages and Billing

Cabineo packages are billed through Shopify's billing system unless otherwise agreed in a separate commercial agreement.

Package pricing, included rollout scope, and monthly try-on allowance are shown inside the app. If a merchant needs a broader rollout or more monthly volume, the merchant must move to another package or enter a custom agreement with Cabineo.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for:

  • Using Cabineo in compliance with applicable law
  • Uploading or enabling only product assets they are allowed to use
  • Providing any customer-facing disclosures required for their storefront
  • Reviewing package fit for their expected traffic and rollout scope

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Cabineo to:

  • Process unlawful or abusive content
  • Attempt to interfere with the service or bypass package limits
  • Reverse engineer the service beyond what the law permits
  • Resell the app without authorization

6. Outputs and Availability

Try-on and generated visual outputs are previews. Results depend on source material, product imagery, and third-party AI processing. Cabineo does not guarantee that every output will match real-world fit, drape, or styling.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse. Merchants may cancel recurring billing through Shopify subject to the billing terms shown in the app.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
